Ohio-based First Solar is shoring up cash for its operations by selling $700 million worth of tax credits that it earned for domestic manufacturing, Canary Media reports.

This is a little-known provision in the Inflation Reduction Act aimed at helping companies access cash needed to boost their operations. Mind you, it also helps boost the domestic economy.
