Cheaper DAC.

Leading direct air capture company Climeworks said it has tested its next generation tech that can capture two times the CO2 with half the energy, dropping the cost by half, Canary Media reports.

Climeworks will deploy this new technology at Project Cypress in Louisiana, one of the DOE's $3.5 billion DAC hub programs. Encouraging news as DAC has long been criticized for being too expensive.
