COP28 food.

The massive COP28 complex—larger than Central Park—has a plethora of food options, unlike some past COPs where food was hard to come by.

I ate at a pavilion dedicated solely to plant-based food, where the carbon footprint of much of the food was documented, which was nice to see. Food was good, too!
