Mid-to-high income communities are often objecting to large wind and solar projects across the country, according to an Inside Climate News report of a survey of large renewable projects.

With the benefits renewables would bring to communities, I am surprised many are choosing to exercise their "energy privilege," or their ability to say "no" to potential clean developments.
