Fuming Democrats.

The Hill reports on moderate Democrats who are fuming about the administration's guidance for producers to claim clean hydrogen production tax credits.

It should be noted that just a few months ago these same Democrats were cheering the White House when it selected their states for $7 billion to set up hydrogen hubs.
