Bloomberg reveals Li-Cycle Holdings Corp. is halting construction on its first lithium-ion battery recycling plant due to escalating construction costs.

The article doesn't say whether work is to resume. I wonder how many other cleantech firms will be forced to shelve their plans for similar reasons.
