Qatar, an LNG exporting powerhouse, is expanding production into what it sees as a fast-growing market for shipped natural gas over the coming decades, Bloomberg reports.

As with oil, the long-term outlook for the gas industry is very much up for debate at the moment, with producers projecting big growth while others see demand fading after five years or so.
