An Inside Climate News article probes how pipeline developers would reap billions from federal tax credits for transporting CO2 from ethanol plants to storage sites.

Interesting read though I am still not sure what percentage of the tax credit pipeline developers would receive for transporting CO2 because the credit is given for capturing the gas.
