A dozen Democratic U.S. House members are calling on the Biden administration to not permit any new carbon dioxide pipelines until new regulations, to be proposed next year, are done, Reuters reports.

This could be about slowing down to speed up in the end, but hopefully most can agree we need more pipelines for carbon management.
