Republicans have introduced a joint resolution to overturn the federal climate rule curbing emissions from existing coal-fired and new natural gas-fired power plants, POLITICO reports.

It is clear President Joe Biden will veto the resolution, but the question is whether the lawmakers will be able to find two-thirds majority in Congress to overturn the veto.
