California-based ZeroAvia has reached a deal to provide 100 hydrogen-fueled engines to American Airlines for its commercial aircraft, Geekwire reports.

ZeroAvia's deal is a silver lining for the clean-fuel aviation sector, which recently was jolted when Universal Hydrogen, another hydrogen aviation pioneer, announced its liquidation.
