Solar grants.

To commemorate Earth Day, the White House is releasing $7 billion in grants for 60 applicants to install solar energy in mostly low-income and underserved communities across the nation.

As White House Climate Adviser Ali Zaidi noted, "these grants will help 9,000 households tap into solar on roofs and in community gardens." Quite an accomplishment!
