Bloomberg reports on how a mostly self-contained, green community on the outskirts of Dubai has had success in its own right but hasn’t started a trend.

This sounds cool. With all the focus on Masdar City, which I think was meant to be a much larger version of this community, I’m bummed I missed this when I was in Dubai for COP28!
