UK elections.

The Labour Party won a landslide victory in the U.K. general election, giving the next British prime minister, Keir Starmer, a strong mandate to decarbonize the economy, the Guardian reported.

Labour committed to fast-track the green energy transition (while the Conservatives pledged to slow it down). Interestingly, the results contrast with the right-wing shift in several EU countries.
