In her first major interview, Vice President Kamala Harris was unequivocal about her stance on fracking that could make or break support for her in natural gas-heavy Pennsylvania, CNN reports.

“As vice president I did not ban fracking, as president I will not ban fracking... We can grow and we can increase a thriving clean energy economy without banning fracking," Harris said.
