Having wind turbines in close proximity has a “small” and declining negative impact on property values in the U.S., according to a study in the Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences (PNAS).

Interesting finding. I'm on a trip in northern Spain at the moment dotted by onshore wind farms. Villagers said the turbines are now part of the scenery and it doesn't bother them.
